Our top tips for suitable photos:
- Refer to the Australian Passport Office Photo Guidelines and the Camera Operator Guidelines before taking the photo.
- Ensure there is no editing including background removal/brightening done to the passport photo. Photos with an unnatural background will be rejected.

Request the photo studio to also provide an unedited digital/soft copy (jpeg) of your photo.
